Bowen Therapy This therapy is manual, gentle and painless. It comes from Australia, where it is considered one of the most successful forms of therapy. The application consists of sequences of short touches and grips on precisely defined points, followed by rest periods. Usually the treatment can be completed after a few weekly sessions. The healing effect is based on self-regulation of the body. It is lasting and, in addition to freedom from symptoms, is expressed in a general improvement of the psychological/physical condition.
