A specialist in Chinese medicine, acupuncture and Chinese pharmacopoeia, and a former professor at the University of Nanjing, Dr. Maholida benefits from extensive experience acquired during his studies in China, where he learned all the ancient and recent techniques of this medicine.

Having practised for many years in China, he treats all pathologies with the Chinese medicine currently practised in China's major hospitals.

Traditional Chinese Medicine has existed for over 3000 years.

It is based on Chinese philosophy, borrowing principally from the theory of yin and yang, the 5 elements, organs and viscera, energy, blood and fluids, and the theory of meridians.

These notions were collected from classical Chinese medical literature, such as the Huang Di Nei Jing, dating from 500 BC, and the Nan Jing, composed around the 2nd century AD.
