Acupuncture Massage (ESB/APM according to Klaus Radloff) is a holistic treatment method developed from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and has the same scope of action as acupuncture with needles. Its goal is to restore an unobstructed and balanced flow of energy, the basis for health and well-being. By means of ear reflexology, the current energetic state is determined and treated accordingly. The focus is not only on the elimination of symptoms, but also on the search for the causes of the respective complaints in order to enable healing.

I work with adults, both men and women, and children. I accompany women in the various stages of life and transitions such as puberty, pregnancy and menopause. According to the problem and in consultation with my clients' wishes, I make a careful selection of the working method. Possible entry points are: Physical-bodily approach: may include methods such as: Acupuncture massage ESB/APM, movement exercises from dance, dance therapy and hatha yoga, breathing exercises, stretching, body awareness training, posture training, Reiki. Mental-psychosomatic approach: May include medthods such as: Process-oriented counseling, conversations, perceptual skills training, dream work, associating, creative elements such as role-playing and painting or dancing (Life/Art Process).

I have the industry certificate "OdA KT (KomplementärTherapie) Methode APM" and am recognized by many insurers/health insurance companies. A part of the treatment costs can be reimbursed if you have a natural medicine supplementary insurance in addition to the basic insurance. You do not need a doctor's prescription. If you are unsure about reimbursement, please contact your health insurance company.
