Acupuncture Wyler Sylvie (Lausanne)

More than 20 years' experience and an ever-renewed desire to explore new therapeutic paths!

Sylvie Wyler, acupuncturist since 1993, is a graduate of Collège de Rosemont (Ministère de l'enseignement supérieur du Québec), where she was awarded the Prix d'Excellence. A year later, she opened her own practice in Lausanne.

Her interest in atypical situations and her life experience prompted her to move into institutional environments. For 12 years (1995-2007), she worked as a consultant at the Fondation du Levant in Lausanne, and for 4 years (2001-2005) at the Cery psychiatric hospital. There, she practiced a NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) method acquired in New York, which reduces anxiety, improves sleep and supports withdrawal from alcohol, drugs and medication. Every year, some 1,000 NADA treatments are carried out at these two facilities.

Her interest in patients and the human aspect of her work also prompted her to train in self-hypnosis as a complement to acupuncture, so that patients can regain their autonomy.

Alongside her practice, Sylvie Wyler continues to provide NADA training in institutions such as the Hôpital de Cery and the EPFL.
