Certified Acupuncturist I was born & raised in Ireland and my connection to this green island is still rooted in my heart.

I am always inspired by the beauty of nature and so began my journey as a Naturopath.

My belief in a connection between body, mind and spirit, coupled with my fascination with biology and human beings, led me to study biology and later to train as a mental health professional.

In search of the real causes of health, I trained as a nutritionist according to the 5 elements. I experience that our nutrition has a great influence on our health. I appreciate good quality food, for me it is like a remedy.

10 years ago I completed training as an acupuncturist.

Acupuncture is an ingenious energy medicine & combines my interests in science, medicine & philosophy.

Its regulating effect offers individual, dynamic treatment options for ailments of all kinds not least to promote health as a whole.

Physical symptoms are treated by searching the roots of a health problem. The focus is always on the whole person.

With each treatment I strive for a process-oriented compassionate way to strengthen, support and accompany the natural healing powers of each person. A mindful healing path emerges from this collaboration....

Your first appointment Through a comprehensive anamnesis I search for the causes of complaints in order to put together a holistic and individual therapy.

This can include the methods of acupuncture, Tuina massage, moxa, cupping.

We discuss your diet and also clarify any mineral or trace element and vitamin deficiencies through an oligoscan.

Current laboratory analyses as well as blood group are helpful and should be taken along.

To create an effect it needs between 6-10 treatments 1-2 times/weekly.
