During the first consultation, the initial questioning lasts 30 min - 60 min and includes, among other things, facial, eye, tongue and pulse diagnostics as well as - especially important - general questions about the patient's condition and needs. Based on all this information, I make the TCM diagnosis and, in consultation with the patient, proceed to treatment, usually using acupuncture, Tui-Na massage and Chinese medicines. With the help of acupuncture, a person's inherent self-healing and rehabilitative ability is promoted and increased by directing the flow of energy - "Qi" - into the right channels.
