Acupuncture

Acupuncture specifically affects body functions through specific points. Using very thin disposable needles, energy flow and functional systems are regulated at over 360 points on the surface of the body.

Medicines

The Chinese medicines consist mainly of herbal ingredients.

Chinese medicinal plants are not different from European ones. Many plants were imported to China, others are also native to us. The term "Chinese" refers much more to the mode of action of the drugs from the point of view of TCM theory. This includes e.g. temperature, taste, direction of action etc.

In most cases, the remedies are prescribed as complex formulations whose ingredients are finely tuned to each other and optimally adapted to the patient. They are usually administered in liquid form as a decoction or as a solid granular extract. The place of purchase is a pharmacy specializing in TCM, whose products are under the supervision of Swissmedic. Dispensing only possible via therapists (prescription).

SE

The goal of SE is to resolve various trauma symptoms and to regulate the nervous system. The therapy is mostly carried out through conversation. The language of sensations is used and body awareness is followed. Awareness, mindfulness and slowness enable trauma processing in this process.
