Acupuncture Traditionnelle Chinoise (Préverenges)

As a specialist in traditional Chinese and Japanese acupuncture, I offer gentle treatment tailored to your needs. I like to see my patients as a whole, beyond their health problems. That's why, during our first appointment, I'll be interested in what's going on in your life, always with respect and discretion-I promise not to be too inquisitive!

Originally from Germany, I studied molecular biology and worked for several years in medical research at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. In search of direct contact and a more personal exchange with my patients, I continued my studies with a post-graduate degree in Acupuncture and Health Science, which included a practical internship at Nanjing University Hospital in China. During this training, I worked with an obstetrician-gynecologist, thanks to whom I was able to specialize in acupuncture for the care of women and pregnancy. I also had the pleasure of working with top-level athletes, thanks to my experience with a physiotherapist renowned for his treatment of sports injuries.

Returning to Europe in 2008, I began my professional practice in traditional Chinese acupuncture in Switzerland. Over the past few years, I have felt guided towards Japanese acupuncture, a gentler, more elegant style of acupuncture that suits me better. I am currently following the teachings of Edward Obaidey. Although I apply a personalized technique inspired equally by Chinese and Japanese treatments, I now exclusively use Japanese needles, which are thinner and virtually painless. In 2019, I obtained my Federal Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.

I specialize in women's well-being (cycle, fertility, pregnancy, menopause). My experience and interest in sport (competition preparation, recovery, injuries) also bring me sports clients and top athletes.
