My name is Karine Bourgeois and I welcome you to my website.

I offer personalized treatments using various Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques, mainly acupuncture.

I have a master's degree in biology and agronomy. I've been interested in so-called "alternative" or "complementary" medicines for some fifteen years. After exploring and practising several of them, I turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine, an empirical medicine with 3,000 years of existence, a total paradox in the face of our Western ways of thinking.

I trained in acupuncture at the "Akademie für Akupunktur und Asiatische Medizin - Chiway" in Winterthur, supplemented by a conventional medicine course in anatomy, physiology and pathology taught by doctors at the CSFV in Lausanne. I have also taken part in several practical training courses, notably in China, in Guilin, in a traditional hospital, at the CPMA (Centre de Procréation Médicalement Assistée) in Lausanne and in private practice. I enthusiastically continue to explore these Eastern healing techniques.

Today, I place my know-how at your disposal to help you preserve your health on a daily basis. I welcome you to Sion for treatment of acute or chronic pathologies.
