My name is Heya, officially written as Haixia Ni, born and raised in Hangzhou, China. I have been living in Switzerland since 2009. Before that I was a dance teacher in China for a long time, but life brought me to Switzerland and to my second profession. Today I am happily at home in Bern, where I work in my own practice for Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Acupressure and acupuncture with aroma applications are what I offer. Each of these methods serves the purpose of stimulating and strengthening our immune system and self-healing processes.

Chinese medicine, the teaching of meridians, is the basis for acupressure and acupuncture. Qi, the energy of life, flows through the meridians, which are directly related to our organs, our bodily functions and the psyche.

While in acupuncture the essential tool is needles, in acupressure you work with your hands. I am particularly interested in possibilities of a gentle, deep, non-invasive application, but without giving up the advantages of acupuncture. The path therefore led me to aroma acupuncture therapy. Here I apply certain essential oils to acupuncture points to regulate them - without needles if desired.

This is the core element of my therapy. It is especially suitable for sensitive people, as well as for children and seniors.

In exceptional cases a home visit is possible.
