Career I spent my youth and school years in my hometown Hamburg. Already as a child I was encouraged to look at nature. My parents taught me that Western medicine is not the only one, and so I came into contact with herbs, remedies, home remedies and incredible stories at an early age.

In the spring of 1993 I started a massage training and realized that I was fascinated by healing people. This was followed by a four-year training as a healer at the Heilpraktikerinnen-Schule Alchemilla in Hamburg and a four-year training as a Shiatsu therapist at the Frauen-Shiatsu-Schule. Parallel to my professional training, I worked as a pedagogical assistant for the AG Soziales Lernen (Social Learning Group) on behalf of the Youth and Sports Office, and later in the Social Care Service and in a nursing home.

I opened my first naturopathic practice in Hamburg. This was followed by my own practices in the district of Pinneberg and later in Salzwedel. To round out my practice, I participated in a three-year training in traditional healing with Hildegart Fuhrberg, Mothers' Night in the Labyrinth.

In 2005 I moved to Switzerland and opened a naturopathic practice in Grindelwald. In Bern I completed the training as an acupuncturist at the Sake School, which ended after four years with an internship in China. In 2011 I opened my own practice in Aarberg and in 2012 a practice in Ins.
