Functional Orthonomy and Integration (FOI) as a holistic therapy concept assumes that the body reacts imm erally as a whole to a problem that has arisen and builds up a compensatory behavior. Local treatment limited to the area of pain is frowned upon in FOI. The goal of our therapy is to rebalance the body to eliminate pain and movement disorders.

Physiotherapy is a paramedical discipline that deals with the treatment of ailments and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. It utilizes diagnostic and clinical reasoning based skills of the therapist.

Acupuncture is based on traditional Taoist philosophy. It is a clear contrast to the commonly used acupuncture according to the syndromes doctrine, also called "prescription acupuncture". It does not treat the symptoms, but the overriding factors behind the symptoms.
