Likewise, traditional Chinese medicine helps with mental illnesses as well as disorders, gynecological disorders, addictions, allergies, digestive problems and also has a supportive effect on diets, detoxification and purification cures.

I was born in 1981 and after my school education I chose the path of a cook. Through frequent traveling I saw the connection between nutrition and health more and more clearly, so I finally came across Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through dietetics.

TCM fascinates me because of its holistic view: Body, soul and spirit cannot be separated from each other - so these aspects are looked at together with life circumstances as well as constitution to get to the root of an illness.

Thus, diseases can be prevented and through a mindful lifestyle one can achieve health, well-being and satisfaction.
