Born April 26, 1967 in Évolène, I am the second of a brotherhood of 4 girls and mother of 3 children. (Jonathan, Séverine and Amélie).

Being close to nature My passion for the mountain led me to attend the mountain guide school in St-Jean, where I obtained my summer diploma in 1999 and my winter diploma in 2004.

Staying in motion Training as a fitness trainer in Nyon in 2000. Sports and adult certificate in Magglingen in 2003. Diploma in Health Qi Gong: the Shao Yang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Lyon in 2015.

Healthy diet Being aware of the importance of nutrition, my research and experiences have encouraged me to adopt new habits. The excellent results obtained allow me today to recommend them in nutritional counseling.

Natural prevention and care After becoming interested in various methods of naturopathy (homeopathy, phytotherapy, aromatherapy, diets, etc.. Food, ...), Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), a complete science, fits perfectly with my vision.
