Even before my training as a nurse, I was interested in naturopathy. However, I made a conscious decision to first complete a conventional medical education in order to acquire a good basic knowledge.

I chose traditional Chinese medicine because it is a holistic system.

About bodywork (acupuncture / shiatsu, moxa, cupping) Bodywork (acupuncture / shiatsu, moxa, cupping) can be used to influence body, mind and spirit.

Nutrition can be used to do a lot of good for the body, influence diseases and the patient can be actively involved if interested.

And with the whole plant world we get an immense wealth, which can be contained in very different forms (mother tinctures, Spagyr, Bach flowers, Schuessler salts, etc.).
