The exploration and search for what keeps us healthy and makes us heal fascinates me again and again. My motivation for constant further education and deepening of my knowledge comes from the desire to be able to accompany people in the best possible way. This knowledge and my life experience form the basis for the kind of support, therapy and counseling I offer, as well as my range of seminars.

For more than 15 years I have been working as an independent therapist in my own practice. I studied the therapeutic and psychological basics in a 4-year training. Before that, I ran the boarding school and the home economics business for 8 years at the teacher training seminar in Kreuzlingen (today's Thurgau University of Education). I have been active in adult education for more than 20 years and have experience at all levels of public schools.
