In Traditional Chinese Medicine, I have found a coherent, holistic medical system that has proven itself over centuries and includes everything from diagnostic methods to a wide variety of therapeutic applications. A system that works with natural methods and substances and perceives the human being as a holistic being, thus also including emotional and spiritual factors.

This philosophy was very coherent for me, and is today more than ever.

I was able to use my initial training as a nursing specialist as an ideal foundation.

Acupuncture and Chinese medicinal therapy are the most important methods. They are complemented by manual procedures such as Tuina massage, cupping and Gua Sha.

For children, I use children's Tuina massage, Shonishin (a painless and needle-free method from Japan), and herbal mixtures in drop form.

By the way, the methods of Chinese medicine do not interfere with conventional therapies in any way. On the contrary, the two systems can support each other very well.
