Treatment methods Acupuncture and Moxibustion: By needling or heating certain points on the surface of the body, the flow of vital energy is regulated. In general, this is a good way to treat complaints such as sleep disorders, digestive problems, migraines, stress symptoms, hormonal disorders, allergies, hay fever, autoimmune diseases, acute and chronic pain and lack of energy.

Tuina/Anmo (Massage): Tuina can be understood as an energetic massage, stimulating your qi and blood circulation in the body and often relieving pain surprisingly quickly.

Qi Gong: Through gentle movement sequences you deepen your breathing and become a long-distance runner on the spot. With special exercises you support your own well-being and complement the treatment of your complaints.

Herbs: From the great treasure of nature, effective tea mixtures of plants can be compiled, which are adapted to your therapy and further support you on the path to well-being.

Dietetics: Chinese medicine has studied the energetic healing effects of food on humans and uses these findings in a targeted manner. All the more effective because we benefit from it every day.

Foot reflexology: relaxing, soothing, strengthening, relieving, just as you and your body need it. Also certain complaints can be solved in this way and find the grounding again.
