The clarification of the complaints includes the conversation, the pulse and tongue diagnosis and the observation. Together, the treatment is planned and adapted over time to the changing needs. The treatment can be as holistic as TCM: a combination of acupuncture, massage, nutrition, exercise and rhythm of life. It is adapted to your need and situation.

Field of activity Pain TCM has techniques that can be used to treat both acute and chronic pain. Here, acupuncture is mainly used, either with body acupuncture or with ear acupuncture. For people who do not like to be treated with needles, there is always the alternative option of Tuina massage.

Dietary changes/digestive problems Through digestion, our so-called center, we absorb vital nutrients. If this center is weakened, complaints can appear: Tiredness after eating, flatulence, pain in the digestive system, too much or too little appetite, feelings of coldness or difficulty with bowel movements. But you may also need to change your diet for other reasons. Traditional Chinese Medicine offers a good basis for addressing complaints in this area.
