I have been working in my own practice since 1998. Motivating and supporting people in their search for stability and strength, for health, wholeness and meaningfulness inspires and fulfills me.

A near-death experience in early childhood let me know that the visible world is not the only one. I suffered from being human for a long time, feeling lost, full of longing and questions: who am I? Where do I come from?

No one had answers for me and only in nature I found reassurance and nourishment in books - the Eastern philosophies made promises. But there was a very worldly life to lead. Various work experiences and stays abroad were instructive, but did not inspire me. Through my joy of movement and curiosity about the nature of people I finally found the way to bodywork.

It was invigorating to anchor my presence in the body. Along with sports, dance, yoga and Tai Chi, it became my passion to communicate integrity through physical contact. After completing training in TRAGER therapy, following massage and reflexology, I also found access to people's psyche and consciousness through the body.

During my studies of - (including conventional medicine and naturopathy) and previous training in meridian therapy, I received the method to successfully treat even more complex ailments energetically. I have chosen the constitutional approach and the ancient Chinese healing arts - because they are truly holistic - as my specialty.

I was more able to practice a consultative approach. I deepened the necessary psychological competence both in an annual training course on personal development and in further training in coaching, communication and psychological intervention skills.
