Who am I?

Captivated by ancestral Japan and massage for as long as I can remember, learning shiatsu seemed an obvious choice. The art of the oriental touch, combined with the age-old knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, fascinates me and leads me to a unified vision of the life around me. Everything is life, energy, connected.

It is through this practice that I hope to bring to everyone a different therapeutic approach that complements our Western medicine.

My services

Shiatsu is a Japanese massage technique performed by pressing the fingers or hands (acupressure) along the various meridian paths. These energetic "channels" extend throughout the body, from the most yin to the most yang point; and it is through them that the individual breath of life (called Ki in Japanese) circulates.

This circulation can be disrupted by numerous ailments, many of which are due to our modern lifestyle. By giving our body a sympathetic ear to these disturbances, and working with it to reduce them, we promote optimal circulation of our vital energy.

Session cost: 80 frs Duration: approx. 60 min.

My practice is located in the center of Saint-Légier, at Route des Deux-Villages 51c, just above the Denner store.
