We are EMR and health insurance (supplement) recognized. Through my years of Taijiquan and Qi Gong training I gained access to TCM. I was fascinated by this fascinating and holistic healing science and started my training at the Tao Chi School in Zurich in 1998.

At the Professional Organization for Traditional Chinese Medicine - TCM FVS I passed the professional exams for acupuncture, herbalism and Tuina. These trainings are a solid basis for my targeted and ongoing continuing education in this broad and challenging field of alternative healing arts. In 2017, I passed the examination to become a naturopath with a federal diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine. One of the driving forces behind my continuous education is the fact that I want to offer each patient the best possible therapy for them. Because as individual as each person is, as personal should be the treatment form Air tailored to him.

Ancient healing art from the Far East European seafarers brought traditional Chinese medicine - TCM for short - to the West in the 18th century. The independent, 2,500-year-old art of healing is rooted in Taoism and Confucianism, two Eastern philosophies that originated in China around 400 BC.

What Is TCM

Yin and Yang TCM is based on a different view of man than Western medicine. It sees the world in the polarity of Yin and Yang. Yin is feminine, is earth, is rest. Yang is masculine, heaven, movement. The poles are opposite to each other, but they condition each other at the same time. There is no day without night, no summer without winter.

Man is also subject to these laws of Yin and Yang. If their balance is disturbed, the inner harmony tilts, which becomes outwardly noticeable as illness. TCM brings the life energy Qi back into flow, so that it can flow unhindered through the invisible channels (meridians).
