TCM focuses on the promotion of health through sustainable self-regulation. Different forms of therapy are available. The connection between the current life situation and physical symptoms is also determined during the consultation.

Acupuncture The specific stimulation of certain points influences Yin and Yang, Qi, blood and body fluids and affects body functions, tissues and organs. Besides classical acupuncture I also offer Shonishin and Toyohari.

Tuina and scar treatment Tuina is a manual therapy that uses acupressure and various massage and stimulation techniques to promote the free flow of Qi and the balance of Yin and Yang.

My specialty is the treatment of fresh as well as old scars or scar tissue as a result of surgery or accidents. No needles are used in this treatment.

TCM Medicines The effect of certain plant and herbal extracts follows proven TCM laws. Drug formulations support the effect of acupuncture.

TCM nutritional counseling Dietetics tailors the diet to the TCM diagnosis and the client's constitutional and individual factors.

Contextual Coaching Accompanying TCM treatment, I offer coaching sessions with the goal of identifying and resolving emotional obstacles.
