Renner Method® Everyone is crooked (asymmetrical) or has their own asymmetrical movement and posture patterns. When the body's own reaction and compensation processes lead to problems, they are treated with targeted mobilization techniques. The goal is to support the body in its individually useful sequence and thus stimulate the body's own self-healing powers. This is done exclusively with gentle and pleasant movements such as targeted pressure and counter-pressure techniques (MET techniques).

Eye acupuncture For the treatment of eye diseases I use eye acupuncture according to John Boel. Finger and toe joints are treated in combination with other parts of the body. There is no therapy on the eye.

Very good treatment results are achieved for eye diseases for which there are no or limited ophthalmological treatment options, such as

• macular degeneration / age-related blindness
• Glaucoma / glaucoma
• Ocular thrombosis
• Various retinal diseases
• Visual disturbances after accidents, operations or as a result of a tumor
• Cataracts (in early stages)
• Optic atrophy / optic atrophy

Not everything that cannot be treated from a conventional medical point of view must remain untreated. While eye acupuncture cannot completely cure all eye diseases, many can be alleviated or their progression slowed or stopped. Ocular acupuncture is a useful adjunct to ophthalmic treatment. Cooperation with the ophthalmologist is desirable and even necessary in certain cases.

During the first two weeks of treatment, two treatments are given daily, one hour apart. One treatment lasts 45 minutes. After this intensive treatment program, it is clear whether the client is responding to the treatment and whether further treatments are promising. The treatment frequency is continuously reduced to two treatment days per week, one treatment day per week, and so on. Refreshing treatments are required each year to stabilize the improvement achieved. This is very individual and can be done, for example, once a month, once a quarter, once every six months.
