About us TCM Oberaargau - Zhong Yi Medizin AG is an independent company practicing traditional Chinese medicine at four locations - Huttwil, Niederbipp, Herzogenbuchsee and Langenthal. For the well-being of the patient, we maintain close cooperation with general practitioners and specialists.

Countless complaints and illnesses can be completely treated with TCM or lead to relief or healing in addition to conventional medicine. Our practices are located at the SRO sites, which also simplifies the work for the patient.

The cornerstone

When the Swiss electorate accepted the constitutional article on complementary medicine in May 2009, and thus complementary medical services were definitely reimbursed by the basic insurance, the foundation stone for TCM Oberaargau was laid.

Great demand

The success story of TCM Oberaargau began in 2010 with a first practice at the SRO location in Huttwil. Just one year later, the second practice opened its doors at the SRO Health Center Jura South in Niederbipp. The TCM treatments and services enjoyed great demand, which prompted us to open another practice in 2012 at the SRO Panorama Park in Herzogenbuchsee. And just one year later, we were able to repurpose premises in the staff house of SRO Langenthal for the fourth practice.

Competent and professional

Under the management of Mr. Tiantian Li, TCM Oberaargau employs about 30 professionals. Of these, seven practice Chinese medicine with diplomas from the renowned University of Nanjing and many years of professional experience. The patient benefits from the seamless cooperation of the doctors, who complement each other in special fields.

Furthermore, five apprentices of commercial professions belong to the team.
