TREATMENT METHOD
Acupuncture
- Precisely to the right result
- Acupuncture as an important part of TCM is a naturopathic stimulation therapy.
- It involves the targeted stimulation of points along so-called meridians (energy pathways) that run through the body.
- Through acupuncture, blockages in the flow of energy ("Qi") can be released or energy can be built up.
- The various types of pain, such as those associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatism or other joint or spinal diseases, can be treated well or very well with acupuncture.
Cupping
- A therapy that is carried out by stimulating the surface of the skin with cupping glasses.
- Cupping is a reflex therapy that uses vacuum and heat to exert a healing stimulus to stimulate body function.
- The internal organs are reached and influenced through reflex zones.
Moxibustion
- Heat that stimulates
- Moxibustion is a form of heat treatment. On the meridians, the corresponding acupuncture points are stimulated not with needles, but by burning moxa, a dried medicinal herb (mugwort). The penetrating heat stimulates the
- "Qi" and can also lead to the removal of blockages.
Tuina Massage
- Soothing Massage
- Tuina is a Chinese massage therapy and includes a variety of manual techniques. A Tuina treatment releases blockages and restores the flow of energy. Thus, tensions are released, pain is relieved, mobility is increased and the general well-being is enhanced. Tuina is suitable for problems of the musculoskeletal system and for many other complaints such as digestive disorders, menstrual pain and respiratory diseases. Tuina is a suitable treatment method for emotional tension, sleep disorders and states of exhaustion.
ear acupuncture
- Ear acupuncture is mostly used as a supplement to the actual acupuncture treatment.
- Every part of the human body finds its correspondence in the ear. All internal organs are mapped in the auricle. Thus, specific stimuli at the ear (e.g. with the help of needles) can eliminate disturbances in the entire body. In principle, all functional disorders can be usefully treated with ear acupuncture. It is used with particular success and to an increasing extent in the treatment of pain and addiction. Diseases of the central nervous system are also on a long list of indications for which ear acupuncture has proven to be particularly effective.
Chinese herbs
- For your well-being
- It is at the heart of traditional Chinese medicine.
- The individual composition of medicinal herbs depending on the disease pattern and constitution of the patient enables an extremely effective therapy. They are taken in the form of herbal pills and teas.
Chinese Nutritional Therapy
- Nutrition for a strong Qì
- The goal of a balanced diet is to establish and maintain the harmonious balance of Yin and Yang. The right combination of nutritional components allows not only to maintain health, but also to prevent and treat diseases.
Cultivation of life
-
Aging as a troublesome but basically repairable disease.
-
A good perspective. However, this new age limit is not as spectacular as scientists would have us believe. In ancient China, it was already considered achievable 2500 years ago. Provided, one heeded some rules. "Life Care," for the preservation of health, strength and well-being. And the recommendations made in them are highly topical.
-
Since the emergence of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the methods that "nourish life" are an important pillar in the overall concept. The goal is to balance body, mind and spirit and to live in harmony with the environment. Then the life energy is always well fed, does not exhaust itself so quickly and can flow unhindered through the body. This helps us to stay healthy, feel good and live long.
-
This is to be achieved through nutritional therapy - for example, the "five element diet"-, Qi-Gong with movement and breathing exercises, the power of the mind, meditation and a moderate lifestyle in harmony with our environment. "Life care helps to preserve one's own strength, to come to oneself and to develop a good feeling for one's own body in order to recognize illnesses at an early stage," says Dr. Ute Engelhardt, sinologist and vice president of the International Society for Chinese Medicine (SMS) from Munich. "Life care could therefore be seen as an early form of anti-aging. However, you don't pop a pill, you do something yourself."
