The goal of my work is a balanced, strong and healthy connection between body and mind. Only when both parts are stable and strong in themselves, a lively, free interaction arises, which expresses itself as physical and mental health. Life is a river and should be allowed to flow, sometimes roaring, sometimes calm, but always flexible and strong. I help my clients to remove obstacles on a physical or mental level, so that body and mind can flow freely again and life can develop naturally. I do not like to stand still and am committed to dynamic development and constant growth.

I grew up in two cultures and therefore have my roots in both Switzerland and Italy.
