Every acupuncture treatment has the goal, in the eastern way of thinking, to stimulate the body's own self-regulation by influencing the Qi and blood in the network of meridians and the function of the internal organs. In Western terms, the body responds to acupuncture by regulating the nervous system, hormone balance and cellular metabolism. There are new scientific findings about the importance of connective tissue and fascia, in relation to body pain, influenced by stress factors or states of exhaustion. This means that proven methods in body therapy are now being recognized in modern medicine.

Acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha and TuiNa have a strong effect on connective tissue and fascia. The connective tissue pathways are extremely interconnected, connecting joints and muscles, and extending from top to bottom. The course is now associated with acupuncture points and meridian course. This knowledge makes it easier to imagine how acupuncture works. With physical well-being, inner tension is also released.
